At NAIRA, we want you to love your shoes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.
- We offer exchange in case there is a quality concern or a size issue from the company's end. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges if there is a quality concern or a size issue from company's end within 15 working days of complaint registration.
